Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit referendums that are hateful, discriminatory, or designed to harass
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate results
• Use the platform to spread deliberate misinformation
• Attempt to access, alter, or disrupt the platform's systems

Content moderation

All referendum questions pass through an automated scope and quality check before publication. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or that we determine, at our sole discretion, is harmful to the platform or its users.

No official status

Results on Refnation are not official referendums. They carry no legal weight and do not compel any government, party, or institution to act. We are an independent platform providing a space for public opinion.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of Refnation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Limitation of liability

Refnation is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from your use of the platform.
